  1. If I’m reading this correctly, there is no stroll at Union Station this year????
If I have that right, why?
Also, won’t many people that have attended before automatically stroll topside?? Would that be a problem??

Just thinking out loud. Or maybe I missed something.

    1. You could’ve clicked on the PDF to see for yourself, but I suppose . . . . . . I can tell you. 1pm rendezvous time for a 1:37 departure time.

    1. You need a better legal department.

      (a) We haven’t stolen anything. Your brand is “Gahrilla”, which has nothing to do with GuerilLA, pronounced “gueril-L.A.”
      (b) A search of trademark registrations at the US Patent & Trademark Office website (at http://www.USPTO.gov) shows that you have not filed for or received a trademark on the name “Gahrilla” or any variants thereof. There are, however, 65 different brands using the word “guerilla” as part of their trademark, and we are not infringing on any of them either.
      (c) A search of the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk’s office (at http://www.lavote.net/clerk/FBN_Search.cfm) reveals that you have not registered your business name at the county level either.

In other words, you don’t even own the “Gahrilla” name in the first place, and even if you did, it doesn’t give you rights to “GuerilLA.” I’m half-tempted to go ahead and file for a trademark on your name just to screw with you.

Your best course of action at this point is to shut up and go away, but if you really want to be a damn fool and pursue this baseless claim, go ahead and waste your time. I’ll leave it you your nonexistent legal department (who would have advised you not to post this in the first place) to find a mailing address for us. Good luck with that.
